Open Manage → Statistics for Analytics, Usage and Activity. These views answer different questions: what moved through the product, how much allowance was used and which actions occurred. On a phone, use More to reach navigation that does not fit the main bar.
Read your current allowance
Use the values shown for your workspace. Plans and overrides can change them. Current baseline defaults are five agents, ten followed sources, five million AI tokens per day; these are defaults, not a promise for every account.
Daily allowances reset on UTC boundaries, not your local midnight. Source and agent count limits prevent adding more; they do not delete existing work. A daily AI limit can defer further AI processing. Transcription follows Telegram’s own constraints, with no additional Krabli transcription quota.
Distinguish the limits

The displayed period matters. A continuously refilling budget does not behave like a daily reset.
Separate provider costs from Krabli limits
OpenRouter balance, provider availability and Krabli allowance are separate checks. Replacing a key does not reset workspace usage. A valid key can still fail because the provider has no credit, rejects a model or times out.
Displayed costs are estimates from usage and model prices. Your real provider bill is in your OpenRouter account.
Use API key to inspect the connection and Troubleshooting to follow an error. Do not repeatedly rerun paid tests to diagnose a known allowance limit.
Interpret activity
Activity helps trace changes and processing events. Combine it with the agent’s current state and a post’s recorded reason. A usage total alone cannot explain why a particular post did not reach Main. Export account data from Settings when you need a downloadable copy.
